7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with The Turf Masters up to 24Hours in advance. If you cancel after this period or fail to provide adequate notice, a cancellation fee may apply.

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue. However, refunds are at the sole discretion of The Turf Masters.

Access to Property: You are responsible for ensuring that we have clear access to your property for the services you’ve requested. This includes removing obstacles, securing pets, and ensuring there is no interference with our work.
