Refund Policy

At The Turf Masters, we are committed to providing high-quality landscaping services and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the services you have received, please let us know, and we will do our best to address your concerns. This Refund Policy outlines our approach to refunds, cancellations, and service adjustments.

 

1. Service Satisfaction

 

Our goal is to ensure that every service we provide meets or exceeds your expectations. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our work, we ask that you contact us within 48hrs of the service being completed. We will assess the issue and work with you to address any concerns.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

 

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. While we aim to resolve issues through service adjustments or remediation, the following conditions apply to refund requests:

  • Service not performed as agreed: If the services provided do not align with the agreed-upon terms (e.g., work was not completed as requested or was done incorrectly), you may be eligible for a refund.

  • Service cancellation: If you cancel a scheduled service more than 24hrs before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel less than 24hrs before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • Refund requests must be made within 48hrs of service completion. Requests made beyond this time may not be eligible for a refund.

 

3. Refund Process

 

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Reach out to us by email at toni@theturfmasters.ca with your refund request. Please include your name, service details, and a description of the issue or concern.

  2. Review: Our team will review the details of your request and assess the situation. We may request additional information or offer an opportunity to resolve the issue before proceeding with a refund.

  3. Resolution: Once we have assessed your request, we will determine whether a refund is warranted. If approved, refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

 

4. Non-Refundable Services

 

The following services are not eligible for a refund:

  • Services that have been performed in accordance with your original request and completed as agreed.

  • If we have already provided a significant portion of the service and you decide to cancel partway through the process, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

  • More than [Insert notice period] notice: If you cancel your appointment more than 24Hrs before the scheduled service, you will receive a full refund.

  • Less than [Insert notice period] notice: If you cancel within 24Hrs, a cancellation fee may will apply.

  • No-show or failure to cancel: If you do not show up for the service or fail to cancel within the required time frame, no refund will be issued.

 

6. Changes to Services

 

If you need to make changes to the services after your booking, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the nature of the changes, the pricing may be adjusted accordingly. If the requested change leads to a reduction in services or scope, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

 

7. Late or Missed Appointments

 

If we are unable to complete your service on the scheduled date due to circumstances within our control (e.g., equipment failure, staff availability), we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment promptly and, if necessary, issue a partial or full refund based on the situation.

 

8. Refunds for Payments Processed Through Third Parties

 

If payment was made via a third-party service (e.g., PayPal, credit card), the refund will be processed through the same method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and their policies.

 

9. Customer Responsibilities

 

To help ensure a smooth refund process:

  • Please provide accurate contact information when scheduling services.

  • Ensure that access to your property is clear and available on the scheduled service date.

  • Notify us promptly of any issues or concerns regarding the services provided.

 

10. Exceptions

 

In some cases, exceptions to this Refund Policy may be made at the discretion of The Turf Masters management. If an exception is made, it will be done in writing and on a case-by-case basis.
